Road charges

Some freeholders and leaseholders living off College Road and Hunts Slip Road are required to contribute to the cost of maintaining these private roads. This covers work like sweeping and gulley cleaning, path and weed control, pothole repairs, gritting, drainage and curb repairs and resurfacing.  Together, residents contribute 40% of the total maintenance cost; the remainder is covered by the Estate.

We will send all relevant freeholders and leaseholders an annual bill for road charges. This is sent in June and includes a breakdown of costs.
