Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 8172      An Oak tree approximately 13m in height, situated in the front garden.  The growth over the drive is too low.

Tree ID 8174      A Lime tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the near right-hand side of the rear garden.  Low growth is resting on nearby flat sedum roof.

Tree ID 8175      A False Acacia tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the near right-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is out of shape.

Tree ID 8176      A Weeping Willow tree approximately 17m in height, situated on the mid right-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is very dense in the upper crown.

Tree ID 8178      An Ash tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the near left-hand side of the rear garden.  There is significant dead wood in the lower crown all round.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 8172      Lift low growth to give a 2.5m clearance above ground level.

Tree ID 8174      Lift growth off roof giving a 2m clearance.

Tree ID 8175      Reduce longest lateral branches by up to 2m ensuring a natural final shape.

Tree ID 8176      Remove one larger upright stem originating at approximately 10m above ground level to achieve a natural reduction in height and density.

Tree ID 8178      Remove dead wood only.
