Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          An Elder tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated in the bottom right-hand corner of the garden.  The tree is a little tall and dense.

T2.          A self-sown Ash tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary only 1.2m from the house, which is too close.

T3.          A Lime tree approximately 9m in height, situated in the front right-hand corner of the front garden adjacent to the road.  The tree is a little dense.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Reduce in height to approximately 4m including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.

T2.          Remove and the stump either grubbed out or poisoned.

T3.          Crown thin by 50% by removing small selected stems back to previous pollarding points.  The remainder of the canopy should be retained although re-shaped to form a more open canopy, including the removal of any dead wood, and lifting of low branches over the adjacent footpath.
