Tree ID 8547 A Sweet Chestnut tree approximately 10.9m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Tree ID 8548 An Olive tree approximately 4.4m in height, situated in the front garden.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 5808 Laterally reduce to 1.5m away from face of property, reduce back to closest growth point. Crown lift to 2.4m above ground level. Perpetual Licence review 2032.

Tree ID 8547 Crown lift to 2.4m above ground level over 42 Stradella. Remove deadwood. Laterally Reduce by 2m back to closest growth point over rear garden. Do not reduce in height or lateral spread over 42 Stradella. Perpetual licence to manage in line with specification and maintain at reduced size. To review in 2032.

Tree ID 8548 Laterally reduce branches to 1.5m away from face of property, back to closest growth point. Crown lift 2.4m above ground level over pavement. Perpetual Licence review 2032.
