Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.        A Spanish Oak tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary close to the flank wall of the house. The tree is a little low growing.

T2.         An Ash tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden again close to the flank wall of the house.  The tree is a little wide spreading towards the house.

T3.         A Weeping Willow tree approximately 12m in height, situated in a central location within the rear garden.  The tree is a little tall, dense, and very wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Removal of approximately 7/8 low growing branches by severing at the main trunk and including the removal of any dead wood. 

T2.         Removal of one main stem growing from the lower part of the main trunk, which would create a more upright specimen clear of the house.

T3.         Crown reduce by approximately 30% and the side growth reduced proportionally all round to create a more compact and smaller specimen, including the removal of dead wood, lifting of low branches, and the necessary shaping of the tree.
