T1.          A multi-stemmed Wild Plum tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary against a boundary wall.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

T2.          A Wild Plum tree approximately 6m in height, situated to the right-hand side of (T1) above.

T3.          A Portugal Laurel approximately 4m in height, situated too close to the rear wall of the neighbouring garage.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove one stem on the left side by severing at the base, the remainder of the tree may be crown thinned by 25% including the removal of dead wood, water shoots, and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

T2.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T3.          Remove and the roots grubbed out where possible.  A nearby Garrya should be retained.
