• Removal of render to first floor rear and side elevations.

Special Conditions applicable to the Works:

Condition 1: Adequate evergreen planted screening is to be provided to protect neighbours’ amenity.
Condition 2: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.
Condition 3: Digital samples of the wall and roof cladding are required to be submitted for approval prior to commencement.
Condition 4: All window and door frames except at the rear at ground floor are to be white to match the original design.
