Special Conditions applicable to the Works:


Condition 1: The proposed new hard landscaping is to be permeable or is to be designed not to add rainwater into the main drains.
Condition 2: The front garden is to comply with the requirement for 50% soft planting by area.
Condition 3: The Tree Manager has confirmed “All seems acceptable in terms of the tree protection, replanting of previously removed trees and the proposed lifting of T2 (neighbour’s Pear tree) by up to 1m clearance.”
