Proposal:

Species and Location of Tree

A Yew tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The tree is a little tall and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

Reduce in height to approximately 4m above ground level.  The side growth to be trimmed back proportionally and rounded off to form a more compact and smaller specimen.
