Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A Cherry tree approximately 5m in height, situated in a raised brick planter at the front of the property.  The tree is dead.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted at the front of the property and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Magnolia soulangeana                   Deciduous Magnolia)

Betula pendula ‘Youngii’               (Weeping Silver Birch)

Acer griseum                                      (Paperbark Maple)

The tree should be planted with a stem girth of between 12-14cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 2m.
