Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

A group of three Cypress trees approximately 3m to 4m in height, situated on the front boundary to the left of the entrance off Alleyn Park.  The trees are too overgrown for their location.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of the above, a new hedge is to be planted in a along the whole of the front boundary and below is the agreed specie:

Taxus baccata                    (Yew hedge)

New plants should be bushy specimens with at least five breaks in the lower third and be planted at a minimum height of 1.2m.
