A Sycamore tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is badly sited.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  The tree is one of six mature trees in the rear garden and therefore a replacement is not necessary.
