Specie and Location of Tree

A Sycamore tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary towards the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree has significant decay at the base of the trunk.

Description of Approved Works

Remove by felling at ground level.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement is not necessary as the garden is well stocked with mature trees
