Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A Lime tree approximately 22m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden. The tree is a little tall and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

Crown thin by 30% including the removal of all dead wood and lifting low branches to approximately 5m from ground level.  The tree is twin stemmed, and the left-hand stem splits again into two approximately 15m above ground level.  The outer stem to be removed at the juncture.  Long lateral branches in the upper crown may be shortened by up to 20%, and the height may be reduced by up to 20% by pruning at convenient growth points, however, the basic shape should be retained.
