A Eucalyptus tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden.  The tree has dieback in the crown.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as the garden is well stocked with trees.
