Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.       An Elder tree approximately 3m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The                 tree is a poor specimen.

T2.       A dead tree approximately 4m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden.

T3.       A Spruce tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The               tree is a poor specimen.

T4.       An Elder tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The                  tree is a poor specimen.

T5.       An Ash tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is                    self- sown and is badly sited too close to the house.

T6.       A dead Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated in a small copse in the front garden close to Grange                  Lane.

Description of Approved Works

T1.       Remove and the stump ground out.

T2.       Remove and the stump ground out.

T3.       Remove and the stump ground out.

T4.       Remove and the stump ground out.

T5.       Remove and the stump ground out.

T6.       Remove and the roots grubbed out where possible.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of the above, various replacement trees should be planted in suitable locations of the front and rear garden upon completion of the extension
