Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 8456       An English Oak tree approximately 17m in height, situated in the front garden by the northern entrance.  There is dead wood visible throughout the crown.

Tree ID 8459       A Golden False Acacia tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the southern side of the property.  The tree requires trimming and re-shaping.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 8456       Remove dead wood and lift the lowest growth over the pavement to provide a minimum clearance of 2.5 m above ground level. Trim growth around the streetlamp as necessary to maintain clearance and allow light to pass through.

Tree ID 8459       Crown reduction of up to 1.5m on longest growths to improve shape and size. Pruning must be targeted at suitable growth points.
