Specie and Location of Tree

A multi-stemmed Holly tree approximately 6m in height, situated in the front garden close to the left-hand corner of the house.  The tree is dead.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump either ground out or poisoned.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as there are other trees in the vicinity
