Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A Eucalyptus tree approximately 5m in height, situated in a central location on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree has significant dieback in the crown.

Description of Approved Works

Remove by felling at ground level.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement tree is not necessary as there is a mature Oak immediately to the rear.
