T4.          A Silver Birch tree approximately 9m in height, situated in the right-hand corner of the front garden close to the road.  The tree has been badly pruned in the past.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Reduce in height by 3m to marry in with the existing clipped hedge to the right-hand side.

T2.          Remove and the stumps ground out.

T3.          Remove and the stumps ground out.

T4.          Lightly thin by 10% including the removal of snag end branches and dead wood.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.
