Proposal:

Species and Location of Tree

A Judas tree approximately 9m in height, situated in the small front garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

Crown thin by 25% including the removal of dead wood and shortening of long lateral branches.  The basic shape should be retained.  The height may be reduced by up to 3m, however, it is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.
