Species and Location of Trees
Tree ID 7976 A Sycamore tree approximately 3.2m in height, situated in the rear garden. Trees were re-pollarded to 3m above ground level. Large diameter wounds created circa 30cm diameter. Prognosis – likely to result in terminal decline.
Tree ID 7977 An Acer tree approximately 3m in height, situated in the rear garden. Trees were re-pollarded to 3m above ground level. Large diameter wounds created circa 20-30cm diameter. Prognosis – likely to result in terminal decline.

Details of Replacement Required
Tree ID 7976: A replacement tree is required to be planted in the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:
Tilia cordata “Erecta” (fastigiate small leaved lime)
Liquidambar styraciflua (Sweetgum)
Liriodendron tulipifera “Fastigiatum” (Fastigiate tulip tree)
The new tree is to be planted by March 2027.
Tree to be procured in line with BS3936 [1992] – ‘standard’ (8-10cm stem circumference)
