Proposal:

• Replacement boundary wall between 159 and 157 Court Lane;

• New hard standing including widening of drive crossover;

• New steps to front door;

• New planting area.

Status:

Approved, subject to the following conditions:

Condition 1:      The drive surface shall be as shown on the approved drawing.

Condition 2:      Existing mature planting shown for retention shall be protected during the works and the proposed supplementary planting shall be completed in the first available planting season following completion of the hardstanding works.

Condition 3:      A small ornamental tree shall be planted within the front garden and retained thereafter.
