• Rear lightwell and stair associated with proposed basement extension;
• Ground level roof lights and grilles associated with proposed basement extension

Status:

Approved, subject to the following conditions:

Condition 1: Full details of railings, roof lights, grilles and all hard and soft landscaping must be submitted and approved before works begin.

Condition 2: A construction management plan must be submitted demonstrating that access and vehicle movements will not obstruct Estate roads or the Dulwich College Sports Centre, and this needs agreement with Dulwich College.

Condition 3: The applicant must comply fully with the Party Wall Etc Act 1996.
