Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A twin-stemmed Sycamore tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense.

T2.          Two Lime trees approximately 10m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden to the left-hand side.

T3.          A Sycamore tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden to the right-hand side.  The tree is completely covered in Ivy.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and the removal of two low growing branches overhanging the garden.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round pollarding which is not permitted.

T2.          Re-pollard at previous pruning points.

T3.          Re-pollard at previous pruning points.
