Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 8009       A Cherry tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the far left-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is becoming too large for its position.

Tree ID 8010       A Bay Laurel tree approximately 5.5m in height, situated on the near left-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is unsuitable for its position.

Tree ID 8011       A Lilac tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the near right-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is encroaching towards the house.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 8009       Reduce crown all over by up to 1 m back to growth points retaining a natural shape.

Tree ID 8010       Remove.  Apple tree to be planted as a replacement (not formally required as the garden is well stocked with trees).

Tree ID 8011       Remove 50% of stems closest to house retaining the group further away.
