Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Goat Willow tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

T2.          A Weeping Pear tree approximately 4m in height, situated towards the bottom of the rear garden.  The tree is leaning at an acute angle across the garden.

T3.          The existing vegetation along the bottom boundary of the rear garden should be retained.

T4.          An Amelanchier tree approximately 4m in height, situated on the front boundary with Court Lane.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T2.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.

T3.          Only minor trimming back and tidying is permitted.

T4.          Lightly thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of the above, a minimum of six replacement trees are to be planted

The trees should be planted during the November 2021 and March 2022 planting season with a stem girth of between 14-16cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 2.5m.
