Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Silver Birch tree approximately 16m in height, situated close to the house near the right side of the terrace in the rear garden.

T2.          A triple stemmed Eucalyptus tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little tall and wide spreading.

T3.          A Silver Birch tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden.

T4.          An Oak tree approximately 16m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little tall.

T5.          A Yellow False Acacia tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little tall.

T6.          A Honey Locust tree (Glediscia) approximately 10m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense.

T7.          A multi-stemmed Bay tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is very dense and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Lightly thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T2.          Reduce in height by up to 50% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping, it is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.

T3.          Lightly thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T4.          Reduce in height by up to 30% including the removal of any dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.

T5.          Reduce in height by up to 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping, it is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.

T6.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of any dead wood.

T7.          Crown thin by 30%.  The height may also be reduced by up to 2m whilst retaining the natural shape.
