Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Holm Oak tree approximately 15m in height, situated in a central location close to the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

T2.          Two Yew trees approximately 6m in height, situated on the front boundary with Red Post Hill.  The trees are a little tall.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Long lateral branches to be reduced by up to 20% by pruning at convenient growth points to create a more compact and balanced specimen.  The remaining canopy may be lightly thinned by 15% including the removal of dead wood.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T2.          Reduce in height by up to 1.5m and round off to form more compact specimens.
