Specie and Location of Tree

An evergreen Magnolia tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the front boundary.

Description of Approved Works

Crown thin by 15% including lifting of low branches, trimming back from the adjacent property and the removal of any dead wood.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
