T0051.  Fell to the ground.

T0082.  Remove deadwood.

T0750.  Remove deadwood. Install crutch/support beneath overextended limb to support heavy limb. Remove new growth at two points on overextended limb to reduce loading.

T0770.  Remove deadwood.

T0849.  Remove deadwood.

T0851.  Fell to ground.

T0861.  Remove deadwood.

T0865.  Fell to ground.  Retain side growth/new growth growing from previously removed stem adjacent to dead/dying tree.

T0892.  Remove canopy and all other foliage and monolith to 8m.

As a condition of the removals of the above, replacement trees should be planted:

T0742.  Plant replacement 1 x Pinus nigra minimum 2m height.

T0851.  Plant replacement 1 x Quercus petrea minimum 12-14cm stem girth.

T0865.  1 x Sorbus torminalis minimum 12-14cm stem girth.

T0876.  1 x Carpinus betulus minimum 12-14cm stem girth.

T0878.  1 x Carpinus betulus minimum 12-14cm stem girth.

T0880.  1 x Fagus sylvatica minimum 12-14cm stem girth.

T0882.  1 x Quercus petrea minimum 12-14cm stem girth

T0890.  1 x Quercus petrea minimum 12-14cm stem girth

T0895.  1 x Quercus petrea minimum 12-14cm stem girth.

All other replacement additional to the above must be in accordance with LAS 67 02C Hard

and Soft Landscape Proposals Revision C dated 27.10.2023.

Trees must be planted within a 1sqm mulched pit with an irrigation bag, and watered at 25L

per week for the first 3 years.

Planting must be completed planted no later than end December 2024.

Arisings should be managed for biodiversity by stacking in habitat piles
