External insulation to end of terrace wall

Status:

Approved, subject to the following conditions:

Condition 1: The works shall be carried out in a manner that protects access gates, footpaths, landscaped areas and other communal land from damage. Any damage arising from the works shall be made good to the satisfaction of The Dulwich Estate at the applicant's expense.

Condition 2: The external render shall be finished in white to match the existing building and retained as such thereafter.
