Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A Swamp Cypress tree approximately 20m in height, situated on the front boundary with Dulwich Common to the right side of the left-hand entrance.

Description of Approved Works

The tree should be retained in its present form.  Low branches may be removed to provide a clearance of 3m above the public footpath, no other work is permitted.
