Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 8040       A Eucalyptus tree approximately 13m in height, situated on the far right-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is too large and wide spreading for its location.

Tree ID 8041       A Silver Birch tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the left-hand side (inside Bay tree canopy) of the rear garden.  The tree is dead.

Tree ID 8042       A Bay tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is becoming too large for the garden.

Tree ID 8043       An Elder tree approximately 4m in height, situated on the far left-hand side of the rear garden.  There is dead wood throughout the crown.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 8040       Reduce crown size including height by up to 3m back to growth points ensuring a natural final shape.

Tree ID 8041       Remove.

Tree ID 8042       Reduce the height by 50% back to suitable growth points where possible.

Tree ID 8043       Remove dead wood and lightly re-shape remaining growth for a natural form.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  No replacement is required as the garden is well stocked with trees.
