- Chimney removal to side roof;

- Replace side door alterations to rear elevation at ground level with new doors to rear;

- Replace first floor rear window with doors

Freehold licence issued, subject to following condition:-

1. The two-side rear rooflights are to be conservation type rooflights with a vertical glazing bar. The size shown on the drawings is not to be exceeded.
