Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 8164      A Bay Laurel tree approximately 4m in height, situated near the left-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is out of shape.

Tree ID 8165      An English Oak tree approximately 19m in height, situated mid right-hand side of the rear garden.  There is some dead wood evident and the crown a little low in places.

Tree ID 8169      A Juneberry tree approximately 2.5m in height, situated in a raised bed in front of the bay window approximately 0.5m from the house.  The tree is in an unsuitable position being very close to the house and window.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 8164      Reduce height down to 2m above ground level and re-shape for a more compact formal version.

Tree ID 8165      Remove dead wood throughout the canopy. Crown-lift low-hanging branches to a uniform height of 2m  above ground level, where necessary, to achieve an evenly balanced canopy. No other pruning required.

Tree ID 8169      Remove.

Details of Replacement Required

None.   A replacement tree is not required as the garden is well stocked with trees.
