Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Eucalyptus tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a wide spreading.

T2.         A reasonably mature Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden.

T3.         A Eucalyptus tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the front boundary with Alleyn Road.  The tree is a little dense and low growing.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Crown thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood and necessary shortening of branches encroaching towards the house.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

T2.         Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, lifting of low branches, and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

T3.         Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, lifting low branches, and necessary re-shaping.  The height may be reduced by up to 2m however, the basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.
