Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          Five Lime trees approximately 12m in height, situated on the front boundary with Sydenham Hill. The trees are a little tall and dense.

T2.          A Cypress tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden to the rear of a circular single-storey front extension.  The tree is completely one sided due to the removal of trees in the adjacent garden.

T3.          A Holm Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading over the adjacent garden at 79 Sydenham Hill.

T4.          A Lime tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The tree overhangs the front garden of no 79 Sydenham Hill and is low-growing over a trampoline.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Reduce in height to previous pruning points including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.

T2.          Remove and the roots grubbed out where possible.

T3.          Overhanging branches to be crown thinned by 20% including the removal of selected stems by pruning at convenient growth points.

T4.          Low branches to be lifted and trimmed back to the boundary.

None.  The garden is well stocked with trees.
