Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Horse Chestnut tree approximately 16m in height, situated on the front boundary with College Road.  The tree is a little wide spreading.

T2.          A Lime tree, approximately 16m in height and multi-stemmed from approximately 6m above ground level, situated on the front boundary with Kingswood Drive.  The tree is a little wide spreading over the road.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary shortening of long lateral branches encroaching over the road and towards the house.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.
