Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 7696       An Ermans Birch tree approximately 4.5m in height, situated in the rear garden.  The tree is too close to the garden room and is supressed by adjacent shrubs.

Tree ID 7697       A Cherry tree approximately 5.5m in height, situated in the rear garden.  The tree is dead.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 7696       Fell to ground level.

Tree ID 7697       Fell to ground level.  Stump grinding not permitted.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of Tree ID 7696 above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Hibiscus x Resi –                                             (Hibiscus)

Albizia julibrissin “Tropical Dream”           (Persian Silk Tree)

Clerodendrum trichotomum                       (Harlequin glorybower)

The new tree is to be planted by March 2027.  Tree to be procured in line with BS3936 [1992] – ‘standard’ (8-10cm stem circumference)
