Specie and Location of Tree

A Yew tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the front right-hand corner of the garden bordering Alleyn Road.  The tree is badly sited underneath a more important Sycamore tree.

Description of Approved Works

Remove by felling at ground level.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  A replacement is not necessary as the garden is well stocked with mature trees.
