Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          An Oak tree approximately 16m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

T2.          A multi-stemmed Sycamore trees approximately 12m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary towards the bottom of the rear garden.  The tree a little incongruous with clear stems and dense foliage at the very top.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, epicormic growth, and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

T2.        Reduce in height to approximately 2m from ground level.
