Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Holly tree approximately 5m in height, situated in the rear garden on the right-hand side boundary.  The tree is in poor health and condition with dieback in the crown.

T2.          A Eucalyptus tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the rear garden midway down the left-hand side boundary.  The tree is too large for a small garden.

T3.          A multi-stemmed Bay tree approximately 4m in height, situated in the rear garden close to the house on the left-hand side boundary. 

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Reduce all round by up to 1m in order to try and invigorate new growth, including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.

T2.          Reduce in height by up to 50% and re-shape as a more compact specimen.

T3.          Reduce in height by up to 1m and shape as necessary.
