Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Magnolia tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

T2.          A Bay tree approximately 4m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little tall and wide spreading.

T3.          A Cedar tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden. 

T4.          A Cherry tree approximately 5.5m in height, situated a little further down the rear garden on the right-hand side boundary.

T5.          A Silver Birch tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary shortening of long lateral branches, particularly from the front of the building, and re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.

T2.          Reduce all round by up to 1.5m to form a more compact specimen.

T3.          Crown thin by 20% including the necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T4.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood, lifting of low branches and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T5.          Lightly thin by 10% including the removal of dead wood and necessary lifting of low branches.  The height and basic shape should be retained
