Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 7987      A Sycamore tree approximately 14.2m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Tree ID 7988      A Lime tree approximately 4.1m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Tree ID 7989      A Lime tree approximately 4.1m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Tree ID 7990      Sycamore trees x 2 approximately 15m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 7987      Fell to ground level.  Stump can be ground.

Tree ID 7988      Re-pollard.

Tree ID 7989      Re-pollard.

Tree ID 7990      Fell to ground level.  Stump can be ground.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of Tree ID 7987 above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Betula pendula                                             (Silver Birch)

Liriodendron tulipifera “Fastigiatum”       (Fastigiate Tulip tree)

Pyrus calleryana “redspire”                       (Redspire Pear)

Replacement tree required: - (to be completed by March 2027)

Tree to be procured in line with BS3936 [1992] – ‘standard’ (8-10cm stem circumference)
