Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A twin-stemmed Corsican Pine tree approximately 12m in height, situated close to the front right-hand corner of the garage.  The tree is a little low growing.

T2.          A Hawthorn tree approximately 4m in height, situated close to the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is badly shaped.

T3.          A Hawthorn tree approximately 4m in height, situated close to the shed near the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is badly shaped.

T4.          A Holly tree approximately 5m in height, situated close to the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is encroaching over the garden and the shed.

T5.          Four Cypress trees approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The trees are encroaching over the garden towards the rear of the house.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Six low growing branches are to be removed by severing at the main trunk, including the removal of dead wood.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T2.          Re-shape as necessary including the removal of dead wood.

T3.          Re-shape as necessary including the removal of dead wood.

T4.          Re-shape as necessary including the removal of dead wood.

T5.          Trim back as much as possible whilst retaining green foliage and not exposing the inner dead wood.
