A Bay tree approximately 7m in height, situated to the rear garden boundary with Alleyns School Playing Fields.  The tree is dominating the rear garden and overhanging the shed.

Description of Approved Works

Crown reduce and reshape by up to 2-2.5m back to suitable growth points.
