Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A twin-stemmed Ash tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden adjacent to Court Lane.

T2.         A False Acacia tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden close to Court Lane

T3.         A Yellow False Acacia tree approximately 16m in height, situated close to the house on the right -hand side boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Crown thin by 20% including the removal of significant dead wood, and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.

T3.         Lightly thin by up to 15% including the removal of dead wood, and necessary trimming back from the property.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible
