Specie and Location of Tree

Tree ID 8177       A Lime tree approximately 19m in height, situated in the far left-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree exhibits a pronounced lean on the main stem, accompanied by extensive deadwood throughout the upper crown. Percussion testing using a sounding mallet reveals altered resonance at the stem base on the western side, indicating the presence of internal decay and reduced structural integrity.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 8177       Reduce the main stem down to approximately 3m in height, trimming the remaining growth as required to maintain the lower screening effect with the other Lime trees.
