Species and Location of Trees

Tree ID 7971       A Bulbay Magnolia tree approximately 9.7m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Tree ID 7972       A Tulip tree approximately 13.8m in height, situated in the front garden.  The tree overhangs the pavement and the TFL signs.

Tree ID 7973       A Bird Cherry tree approximately 4.6m in height, situated in the front garden.  The canopy is overhanging the pavement.

Description of Approved Works

Tree ID 7971       Reduce height by up to 2m back to closest growth point. Reshape canopy by tying into height.

Tree ID 7972       Reduce branches to 50cm away from street sign, back to closest growth point and crown lift to 3m above ground level over pavement.

Tree ID 7973       Crown lift to 2.4m above ground level over pavement.
